By accessing and using the Induscoat website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02.Description of Services

Induscoat provides turnkey industrial solutions including: supply and installation of industrial equipment; maintenance and rehabilitation of machines, equipment, and industrial structures; strategic advisory services; project management; feasibility studies; and protective coatings certified to international standards. We serve clients across mining, chemical and petrochemical, cement and limestone, energy, steel and metallurgy, and oil and gas sectors. The specific scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, quote, or contract.

03.Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, systems, or networks; introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code; interfere with or disrupt the website or servers; impersonate another person or entity; or collect or harvest personal information of other users. 05.Quotations and Proposals

Any quotes, estimates, or proposals provided by Induscoat are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on project scope, material costs, and other factors. A formal contract will govern the specific terms, pricing, deliverables, and timelines of any agreed-upon project. Information provided on this website about our products and services is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

06.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Induscoat and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing our services.

12.Electronic Communications — CASL

Induscoat Canada complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Any commercial electronic message sent by Induscoat will be sent only with your express consent, or in the limited cases where implied consent applies under CASL. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at contact@induscoat.ca or by using the unsubscribe link in any email received from us. Consent withdrawal will be processed within 10 business days.

13.Language of the Contract (Quebec)

In accordance with the Charter of the French Language (Bill 96), contracts and commercial documents involving Quebec parties are available in French. The French version prevails in case of any contradiction between the French and English versions for engagements concluded in Quebec.

14.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
