Montreal
Induscoat's head office and shop are at 1700 Viola-Desmond, LaSalle. Greater Montreal is therefore our fastest response area: anti-corrosion protective coatings, internal tank linings, industrial piping protection and weld-free repairs on in-service equipment. We work for East End refineries and terminals, the chemical and petrochemical plants of the South Shore (Varennes, Bécancour, Contrecœur), water treatment facilities, cement plants and processing plants across the metropolitan area. Work is planned either in the LaSalle shop or directly on site, depending on what the shutdown allows.

Operational mobilization
In Greater Montreal, the LaSalle shop lets us handle removable components in house and cut time spent on site. For in-place work, we mobilize during planned shutdowns and weekend windows, with the work permits and HSE plans the site requires — confined space, hot work, classified areas. Climate is a real constraint: outdoor surface preparation and application depend on dew point and substrate temperature, which shortens the usable season and makes window booking decisive.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work on the Island of Montreal and on both shores?
Yes. Our head office and shop are in LaSalle, on the island. Our crews cover the Island of Montreal, Laval and the North Shore, Montérégie and Vaudreuil-Soulanges, as well as Centre-du-Québec. For the rest of the province, see the Quebec page.
Which protective coatings do you apply in Montreal?
Atmospheric and immersion corrosion-protection systems (epoxy, vinyl ester, polyurethane), internal tank linings, and ceramic-filled abrasion-resistant coatings. The system is selected from the documented exposure — medium, temperature, immersion, condensation — not from a catalogue.
Do you coat industrial piping in an urban setting?
Yes, both above ground and buried. In urban and classified areas, the dominant constraint is usually the hot-work ban and the containment of surface preparation; cold-applied systems and spark-free preparation methods allow work without a fire permit. The method is validated before pricing.
Can coating work be done in winter in Montreal?
Outdoors, substrate temperature and dew point decide, not the calendar. In the LaSalle shop and in heated or sheltered indoor areas, work continues year round. For outdoor work in cold season, heated containment has to be planned, otherwise the window moves to spring.
How fast can I get a quote in Montreal?
Within 24 business hours. Send the inspection report, photos and dimensions through the quote request; a site visit can be arranged quickly within the metropolitan area.
