How do you protect chutes and hoppers in a cement plant?

Induscoat installs IC TILE and IC FLEX alumina ceramic tiles and panels on chutes, hoppers and cyclones subjected to hot-clinker abrasion. For high-impact surfaces we apply Chester Molecular composites. The result: longer maintenance intervals and fewer unplanned outages.

Do your coatings withstand clinker heat?

Yes. For surfaces in direct contact with clinker or hot gases, we specify Arcor high-temperature systems (HT silicone, novolac epoxy) rated to 1100 °C. For pure-abrasion zones, IC TILE alumina ceramic retains its hardness up to 1500 °C.

Do you work on cement kilns and mills?

Yes. We protect ball and vertical mill liners, induced-draft fans, preheater cyclones, gas ducts and clinker coolers. Our crews schedule work around plant planned shutdowns in Quebec and Ontario.
