Service FAQ
Do you commercialize crusher wear parts for cement, mining and energy operations?
Yes. We commercialize crusher wear parts — mantles, concaves, blow bars and jaw plates — for cement plants, mines and energy operations. We select the appropriate foundry grade (Hadfield manganese, martensitic steel or chrome-white iron) based on the abrasive service, feed size and impact conditions. Every part is delivered with material certificates.
Can you design and fabricate custom machined and welded parts?
Yes — we cover the design and fabrication of custom machined parts as well as welded and fabricated parts. All welded fabrications are supported by qualified WPS/PQR per ASME Section IX, with NDT (PT, MT, UT, RT) and dimensional control reports provided in the QA/QC dossier.
How do you select the right foundry grade for cast components?
Foundry grade selection is driven by the service environment — abrasion, impact, corrosion and temperature. We work with qualified foundries to specify ASTM A781/A703 compliant grades, from Hadfield manganese for high-impact service to chrome-white iron (ASTM A532) for pure abrasion resistance. Material certificates are delivered with every casting.
