Overview
Induscoat applies and supplies protective coating systems for demanding industrial environments. Our portfolio includes cold-curing epoxy repair compounds, high-performance polymers, corrosion-resistant linings and Induscoat formulations. Each application is documented against the specified surface-preparation, thickness, adhesion and quality-control requirements. Whether you need flange-face repair, tank lining or high-temperature stack protection, we select the system according to the documented service conditions.
Typical Applications

Service FAQ
What's the difference between ceramic coatings, polymer coatings and alumina tile solutions?
Ceramic coatings are thin engineered films applied by spray or trowel to rebuild eroded surfaces and resist moderate abrasion. Epoxy and vinyl ester polymer coatings form thick chemical-resistant barriers. Alumina tile solutions protect severe-wear areas such as chutes, cyclone inlets and elbows. We select the system according to the wear mechanism and service conditions.
Do you supply foundry castings and machined parts alongside coatings?
Yes — for severely worn components where coating alone is not enough, we supply foundry castings and handle the design and fabrication of custom machined parts. This integrated supply chain means we can rebuild complete assemblies — coated, cast or machined — under one QA/QC dossier.
Which coating manufacturers do you work with?
Induscoat selects cold-curing epoxy repair compounds, high-performance polymers, corrosion-resistant linings and Induscoat formulations according to the application. The proposal identifies the selected product documentation, application requirements and applicable warranty conditions.
