Protective Coatings

Coatings meeting the most rigorous international standards — solutions tailored to every sector and operational requirement.

Overview

Induscoat applies and supplies protective coating systems formulated for the most aggressive industrial environments. Our portfolio includes cold-curing epoxy repair compounds and high-performance polymers from Chester Molecular, corrosion-resistant linings from Arcor, and our own Induscoat formulations. We certify every application to international standards (NACE/AMPP, ISO, SSPC) with full surface preparation, wet/dry film thickness control, adhesion testing and QA documentation. Whether you need flange face repair, tank lining or high-temperature stack coating, we specify the right system for your service conditions.

Typical Applications

  • Cold-curing epoxy repairs (Chester Molecular, Induscoat)
  • Chester Molecular polymer systems
  • Arcor corrosion-resistant linings
Problems

Typical Problems We Solve

  • Pitting corrosion on tank floors and vessel internals
  • Erosion of pump impellers and cyclone inlets in abrasive service
  • CUI (corrosion under insulation) on insulated piping and vessels
  • High-temperature degradation of stacks, boilers and furnace walls
Deliverables

What You Receive

FAQ

Service FAQ

What's the difference between ceramic coatings, polymer coatings and alumina tile solutions?

Ceramic coatings are thin engineered ceramic films applied by spray or trowel to rebuild eroded surfaces and resist moderate abrasion. Polymer coatings — such as Chester Molecular epoxy and vinyl ester systems — form thick chemical-resistant barriers against corrosive media. Alumina tile solutions bond high-alumina ceramic tiles to severe-wear areas (chutes, cyclone inlets, elbows) for maximum abrasion life. We specify the right system based on the wear mechanism and service conditions.

Do you supply foundry castings and machined parts alongside coatings?

Yes — for severely worn components where coating alone is not enough, we supply foundry castings and handle the design and fabrication of custom machined parts. This integrated supply chain means we can rebuild complete assemblies — coated, cast or machined — under one QA/QC dossier.

Which coating manufacturers do you work with?

Induscoat applies systems from Chester Molecular (cold-curing epoxy repair compounds and high-performance polymers), Arcor (corrosion-resistant linings) and our own Induscoat formulations. Each manufacturer backs our applications with system warranties when applied per their specifications, with full QA/QC documentation.
