IC BOOM SYSTEM is Induscoat Canada's line of hydraulic crusher unblocking boom systems — purpose-built to eliminate the costly production losses caused by rock blockages in crushing circuits.

In any crushing operation, blocked or bridged crusher chambers are an operational reality. Clearing blockages manually exposes workers to extreme hazards — falling rock, confined-space entry, and high-tonnage moving equipment — while shutting down production for hours. IC BOOM SYSTEM addresses this permanently: a hydraulic articulated boom, anchored to the crusher structure, positions a hydraulic hammer directly inside the crusher chamber, breaking oversized or jammed material without stopping the plant or putting people at risk.

How it works

The boom arm is fixed-mounted on the crusher or its surrounding structure. An operator controls it remotely, positioning the hydraulic hammer precisely inside the crushing chamber — whether a gyratory crusher top shell, a jaw crusher throat, or an HSI crusher inlet. The hammer breaks the blockage in place, and the crusher resumes production within minutes.

Applications by crusher type
