Overview
Induscoat Canada sources and supplies custom-fabricated industrial metalwork for maintenance shutdowns, plant expansions and asset upgrades across mining, energy and process industries. Our scope covers structural steel assemblies (platforms, walkways, handrails, gratings), stainless and carbon steel process piping, and precision-machined components. We perform reverse design from worn parts when original drawings are unavailable — capturing geometry by measurement and producing replacement components to exact dimensional requirements. All supplied welded fabrications are qualified per ASME Section IX (WPS/PQR) and delivered with NDT inspection reports and material certificates.
Typical Applications
- Steel platforms, walkways, handrails and gratings
- Stainless and carbon steel process piping
- Custom structural steel assemblies
- Precision-machined replacement parts
- Reverse design from worn parts (no original drawings required)
Typical Problems We Solve
- Worn or damaged structures with no available replacement drawings
- Long lead times from OEM for machined replacement parts
- Non-compliant structures lacking formal welding qualification (WPS/PQR)
- Deteriorated stainless piping causing contamination or leaks in process lines
What You Receive
- Fabricated steel structures with dimensional control reports
- Welding qualification records (WPS/PQR per ASME Section IX)
- NDT inspection reports (PT, MT, UT or RT as required)
- As-built drawings and material certificates
Timeline
3–12 weeks depending on scope, complexity and material availability.

Service FAQ
Can you fabricate replacement parts when original drawings are not available?
Yes. Our reverse design process captures the geometry of worn or damaged parts by direct measurement and 3D scanning where required. We produce new technical drawings, specify the correct material grade, and fabricate replacement components to fit — without waiting for OEM approval or original documentation.
Are your welders certified and is documentation provided?
Yes. All welded fabrications are executed by qualified welders under Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) validated by Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) per ASME Section IX and CSA W47.1/W59. NDT inspection reports, material certificates and as-built drawings are included in the project QA/QC dossier.
Do you supply ready-to-install components or only semi-finished parts?
We supply fully fabricated, inspection-validated components and assemblies, delivered ready for installation. Each delivery includes dimensional control reports, material certificates, welding qualification records (WPS/PQR per ASME Section IX) and NDT inspection reports — everything your team needs to install and document the work with confidence. For complex assemblies requiring field fit-up, we can also provide detailed assembly drawings and dimensional studies.
